Synopsis
Yuichi Katagiri values his four closest friends above money, even though he has grown up with almost none of it, and he saves carefully so the group can take their school trip together. When the class's pooled trip funds are stolen, Yuichi and his friends are abducted and forced into the Tomodachi Game, a series of rigged contests where winning money means proving you trust your friends and losing it means someone among them is lying. Each round is designed to set the friends against one another, and Yuichi has to work out who staked them into the game and which of his companions can still be believed.
