Synopsis
In the Empire of Szaalenden, fourteen heroes were once sent to seal the path of the dark invaders Wischtech; four of them betrayed the others and were branded the Lances of Betrayal, while the survivors were hailed as saviors and rose to power as lords. Years later, a youth named Köinzell travels the empire hunting down those celebrated nobles one by one, carrying a grudge against the men the world remembers as heroes. His campaign of revenge cuts through a brutal medieval fantasy world.
