Synopsis
Takumi Fujiwara delivers tofu before dawn for his father Bunta, threading the hairpins of Mount Akina in an aging Toyota Sprinter Trueno (AE86) with a cup of water on the dashboard he is forbidden to spill. Years of those runs have made him a downhill driver without his knowing it. When the Akagi RedSuns roll into Gunma to challenge the local teams, Takumi is pulled into the street-racing world of touge battles, starting with Keisuke Takahashi of the RedSuns.
