Synopsis
This direct sequel to the original Battle Angel Alita picks up the cyborg warrior Alita's story after she is resurrected by Desty Nova's nanotechnology in the floating city of Tiphares. She wakes into a city torn apart, where Tiphareans with brain chips clash with those without and the automated defenses slaughter anything that moves. Still chasing the truth of her own buried past, Alita fights her way outward, with the search eventually carrying her beyond Earth.
