Fragments of Horror is a standalone anthology by Junji Ito collecting eight unconnected short horror stories. In one, a man becomes convinced his futon is alive and out to get him; in another, two hikers stumble onto a mansion that rearranges itself; another follows a woman who feels compelled to dissect, and a boy whose neck wound hides something worse. Each piece builds dread out of an everyday object or situation before turning it grotesque, in Ito's signature style.
