エルフさんは痩せられない。

Tomoatsu Naoe works as a massage therapist at the Smiley Boar clinic, where his nights are ordinary until an elf named Elfuda turns up as a client. Elfuda crossed over from another world and wants to return home, but she has grown hooked on human-world food and put on so much weight that the portal back no longer accepts her. Naoe ends up coaching her through diet and exercise so she can slim down, while more visitors from her world arrive at his clinic with the same problem.
