Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou, the silver-haired half-Russian honor student everyone calls Alya, sits next to Masachika Kuze and rarely hides her irritation at the lazy classmate who naps through lessons. What she does hide are the affectionate things she occasionally mutters under her breath in Russian, certain no one around her understands them. Masachika, however, speaks fluent Russian, and quietly endures her flustering remarks while keeping his own crush, and the reason he knows the language, to himself.
