Synopsis
Sixteen-year-old Koito Koganei has just taken over as shrine maiden at the Takamimi Shrine, whose resident deity is Elda — a 621-year-old elf summoned to Earth by Tokugawa Ieyasu over four centuries ago. Far from divine, Elda is a shut-in otaku who fills her days with video games, anime, and energy drinks, refusing to step past the shrine's gate. Koito's new job quickly becomes a tug-of-war between dragging Elda into the outside world and keeping up with the elf's bottomless appetite for modern hobbies.
