Iruma is a dirt-poor but kind boy scraping by in a ruthless city slum when he hands his last loaf of bread to a badly hurt old man and nurses him back to health. The stranger turns out to be Don Sullivan, who heads a sprawling mafia family of demons, and he comes back to beg Iruma to become his grandson. Whisked away, Iruma lands as the next in line to the family. This what-if spin-off drops the cast of the main series into a mob underworld.
