In the fourth century BC, a sharp-minded young man named Eumenes rises from an uncertain birth in the Greek city of Kardia to become a scribe and, in time, the trusted secretary and strategist of Alexander the Great. The road there crosses the courts and battlefields of the ancient Mediterranean, where wit and learning weigh as much as armies. A historical epic from Hitoshi Iwaaki, creator of Parasyte.
