Moments before his own death on a train platform, he is flung twelve years into the past to his middle-school days, where a handshake with Hinata's younger brother Naoto triggers the time leap. Determined to rewrite the future, Takemichi infiltrates Toman's ranks to dismantle the chain of events that leads to Hinata's death.
