Dororo

Hyakkimaru, born without skin, limbs, eyes, or ears after his father the warlord Daigo Kagemitsu offered him to twelve demons in exchange for power, is raised by a medicine man who fits him with prosthetics and blades. Years later he roams Sengoku-era Japan hunting the demons to reclaim his body one piece at a time, joined by Dororo, a scrappy orphan thief who tags along and refuses to leave. Each demon killed restores a body part — but also weakens the prosperity Daigo's land gained from the pact.
