Hana Asakura, son of Yoh and Anna Asakura, has grown into a lazy, foul-mouthed brawler with little interest in his family's shaman legacy. When the Flowers of Maize, a new shaman tournament, opens in the wake of the original Shaman Fight, Hana is pulled in alongside new faces like Alumi Niumbirch, as well as his own formidable uncle Hao. This TV anime continues the story a generation after the original Shaman King.
