Fuutarou Uesugi, a top student whose family is deep in debt, takes a high-paying tutoring job only to discover his students are the Nakano quintuplets — Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki — five sisters who share equally terrible grades and no interest in studying. After a hostile first meeting with Itsuki, Fuutarou must find a way to earn the trust of all five and get them through their exams.
