Synopsis
High school student Jin Mikuriya carves a statue out of wood from a felled sacred tree for an art class project, and the finished figure comes to life as Nagi, the goddess who had lived in that tree. With her home gone, Nagi moves in with Jin and sets out to personally purify the town of the supernatural impurities she used to handle from a distance, a job her weakened power now needs worshippers to sustain. The manga follows Jin adjusting to housing a goddess while Nagi rebuilds her following from nothing.
