In Gamindustri, four goddesses govern nations that rise and fall with their share of public faith. After years of fighting, they sign a friendship treaty that bans taking shares by force, and the competition moves to other ground. Planeptune's easily distracted Neptune now has to train up into a full-fledged goddess, with hardworking Noire, stoic Blanc, and composed Vert as rivals on the other side of the border, while the scheming Magiquone works against all of them. The manga plays the whole console business as affectionate parody.
