Synopsis
Violet Evergarden takes on a letter-writing request from Yuris, a terminally ill boy who wants to leave words behind for his family. While she works at his bedside on the island of Ekarte, Claudia Hodgins uncovers a letter in handwriting he recognizes as Gilbert Bougainvillea's — the major Violet has been searching for since the war ended. This theatrical film concludes the story begun in the television series.
