Synopsis
Keita Amano, a loner who plays mobile RPGs and dating sims for fun, catches the eye of Karen Tendō, the school's top-ranked student and president of the Gaming Club. She invites him to join, but Keita finds the club's competitive atmosphere incompatible with his casual approach and turns her down — a refusal Karen misreads as romantic rejection. From there, a tangle of misunderstandings pulls in Chiaki Hoshinomori, an indie game developer who clashes with Keita online but shares his taste in games, and Tasuku Uehara, a secretly game-obsessed classmate juggling a normie persona. Each attempt to clear up one misunderstanding spawns two more.
