Sankarea: Undying Love

Chihiro Furuya, a zombie-obsessed high school student, stumbles on an old reanimation formula while trying to revive his dead cat Babu. In a nearby abandoned building he meets Rea Sanka, a sheltered girl from a wealthy family who has run away from her controlling father. After Rea drinks one of Chihiro's experimental potions on impulse, a fatal accident triggers the formula — and she wakes up as the zombie girlfriend Chihiro always fantasized about, though keeping her body from decaying proves far harder than any horror movie suggested.
