Jinka Yamato and Tama's argument over what humans and katawara owe each other carries into Senma Konton-hen, the second arc of Sengoku Youko, and this special compresses that arc's first ten episodes into a single recap. The swordsman Shinsuke Hyoudou and Shakugan, the girl taken out of the laboratories that fuse the two species, came with them out of the first arc. It was numbered episode 10.5 and slotted mid broadcast, so it refreshes rather than introduces.
