Shinji Ikari and the super-deformed Nerv School students of Petit Eva take up exploring here, in a companion series whose title names them an exploration club. Gendou Ikari still runs the school, Rei Ayanami still comes in multiples, and the gags still trade on Evangelion's cast being children in uniforms rather than pilots. Rather than continuing Petit Eva: Evangelion@School, this is an alternative version of it by the same artist, so the two runs restate one premise side by side.
