名探偵コナン 沈黙の15分〈クォーター〉

Conan Edogawa spots explosives on the tracks during the opening ceremony for Tokyo's new rail line and buys the minutes needed to clear it by warning the authorities in Shinichi Kudo's voice. The governor presiding over the ceremony had received a threat beforehand, and the motive traces back to a dam he approved in Niigata that put a whole town under water. Conan heads for the relocated community. This manga adapts the fifteenth Detective Conan film.
