Rikkyouin High School fills its student council by lottery, and on his first day Chihiro Enomoto draws the presidency while his childhood friend Tokino Akiyama draws vice president. The catch comes with the tickets: the two of them serve a year as apprentices under the sitting council, and failing any task they are handed, however small, means expulsion from the school. This 2006 series expands the show-within-a-show that the otaku club of Genshiken spends its meetings watching.
