The Black Phantom, a mercenary outfit that brainwashes espers, gets hold of Kouichi Minamoto, and Kaoru Akashi, Aoi Nogami and Shiho Sannomiya find B.A.B.E.L.'s own supervisor turned against them. The three are in middle school by now, stronger than when the agency first handed them over and up against the person who trained them. This OVA runs an original story rather than adapting an arc from the manga.
