Natsuko Tokiwa and Hotaru Nowaki, the pair B.A.B.E.L. calls the Double Face, narrate this special as a tour of the agency itself: who works there, what each esper can do, and which rooms the cases keep coming back to. Kaoru Akashi, Aoi Nogami and Shiho Sannomiya are introduced along with the rest of the roster, as is their supervisor Kouichi Minamoto. It is a recap put together as a briefing rather than a new episode of the story.
