A year after the Maruhage Empire fell, its deposed emperor Tsuru Tsurulina III rebuilds it as the Neo-Maruhage Empire and restarts the Hair Hunts that shave civilians bald. Bo-bobo answers by pushing his Fist of the Nosehair into a new True Theory form and pulling Beauty and his Hajike allies back into the field against a fresh crop of Hair Hunt generals. This sequel manga runs on directly from the first series.
