Aoi Yukimura, a first-year high school student afraid of heights, keeps climbing anyway, with Hinata Kuraue pulling her along. This second season stretches to fifteen-minute episodes and widens the group: middle schooler Kokona Aoba and the experienced upperclassman Kaede Saitou join trips that range from backyard camping and summer homework to the mountain the two friends have aimed at since childhood. New climbing acquaintances turn up on trails around the country.
