Jiora is a police officer from the planet Biretejion who crashes on Earth chasing a killer and merges with a local patrolman named Chapatto so he can keep moving. His ship runs on dolucorn, which on Earth is simply gold, so he puts on a costume, calls himself Cashman and starts doing good deeds at a price. This OVA adapts Akira Toriyama's one-shot for the V Jump Festa and covers the arrangement rather than a case.
