Synopsis
Honoka Kousaka, a second-year student at Otonokizaka High School, refuses to let her school shut down for lack of applicants. Inspired by the popularity of school idol groups, she recruits her childhood friends Umi Sonoda and Kotori Minami to form μ's and perform live to attract new students. As the trio grows into a nine-member unit — with members drawn from every year and personality type — μ's sets its sights on the national school idol competition, Love Live!.
