Teiichi Niiya, a first-year at Seikyou Private Academy, stumbles upon Yuuko Kanoe — a ghost haunting the old school building who has no memory of how she died. Visible only to Teiichi, the playful Yuuko persuades him to help investigate her death, and together they form the Paranormal Investigation Club with classmates Momoe Okonogi and Kirie Kanoe. Campus rumors and supernatural incidents around the academy lead them closer to the circumstances of Yuuko's death sixty years earlier.
