Tsukasa Taira, a college student in Tokyo, is rescued from a vampire attack by Yuuki Anzai, a half-human, half-devil officer in the police's anti-vampire Division 5. As Tsukasa draws closer to Anzai, his iron rule of never tasting human blood frays — every surge of emotion, from anger to desire, threatens to trigger the bloodlust he has spent his life suppressing. Their relationship deepens against a city where devils live hidden among humans and tensions between the two species are rising.
