Shiki Granbell, the sole human raised by robots on the deserted theme-park planet Granbell, has never met another person until content creator Rebecca Bluegarden and her cat companion Happy land on the planet. When Granbell's aging robots stage an uprising to force the three off-world before their power runs out, Shiki, Rebecca, and Happy escape aboard the starship Edens Zero and set out across the Sakura Cosmos in search of Mother, a legendary cosmic goddess no one has ever found.
