Synopsis
Medaka Kurokami arrives at Hakoniwa Academy and is elected student council president by ninety-eight percent of the vote on day one. She installs a wooden suggestion box at the school gates and promises to solve any problem dropped into it, dragging her reluctant childhood friend Zenkichi Hitoyoshi onto the council with her. Their first cases pull in classmates Kouki Akune and Mogana Kikaijima as fellow officers, and what looks like a slice-of-life club comedy gradually surfaces hints of something larger going on under the academy's surface.
