Synopsis
Medaka Kurokami wins the Hakoniwa Academy student council presidency with 98% of the vote and immediately installs a suggestion box, vowing to answer any request a student drops in it. She drafts her childhood friend Zenkichi Hitoyoshi into the council to help her chase down those requests, which range from the trivial to the dangerous. Whatever the problem, Medaka throws her overwhelming athletic, academic, and physical talent at it, treating each slip of paper as a promise she refuses to break.
