The world of Gamindustri is split into four nations, each ruled by a goddess CPU who personifies a game console. After years of fighting over Share, the energy their people's faith provides, the goddesses sign a truce that bans taking Share by force. Neptune, the carefree ruler of Planeptune, would rather play games than govern, and her neglect lets a rival faction move against the goddesses. Alongside Noire, Blanc, and Vert, Neptune has to defend Gamindustri from a threat that endangers every nation.
