Neptune, the CPU who governs Planeptune, would rather play games than mind her nation's Shares, and this two-part compilation runs back through the television anime that follows what that costs her. Gamindustri's four goddesses, Neptune, Noire of Lastation, Blanc of Lowee and Vert of Leanbox, have just signed a treaty ending their war over Share energy when an outside threat puts all four nations at risk. Being a condensed edit, it replays the series rather than adding to it.
