Magi: Adventure of Sinbad

Set decades before the main Magi story, these OVA episodes follow a young Sinbad growing up in the Parthevia Empire after his father Badr is lost to war. When the wandering Magi Yunan takes an interest in the boy, he points Sinbad toward the Dungeon called Baal, a tower of trials whose Djinn answers only to those who conquer it. Clearing Baal sets Sinbad on the path to becoming the first Dungeon Capturer. The OVA is a prequel side-story bundled with the manga.
