Synopsis
This feature film steps away from Illya to follow the alternate-world Shirou Emiya, who finds a girl named Miyu in the ruins of a destroyed city and raises her as his younger sister against his foster father Kiritsugu's warnings. When Miyu starts attending school and Shirou lowers his guard, the Ainsworth family moves to seize her for use in their Holy Grail War. A flashback set before the television series, it shows how Shirou's bond with Miyu collides with the duty Kiritsugu left him.
