Tsutomu Senkawa is an average high schooler cramming for entrance exams when he is caught in the crossfire of Birdy Cephon Altera, a Federation officer chasing an alien fugitive to Earth. Birdy accidentally kills him and, to save his life, merges her body with his, so the two share one form while she continues her work and he tries to keep up his ordinary life. On Earth, Birdy passes as the rising idol Shion Arita as their hunt for the criminals continues.
