Synopsis
Tatsuya and Miyuki Shiba begin their second year at First High, with Tatsuya appointed acting vice president of the student council and placed in the new Magical Engineering Course. A first-year named Shippou Takuma from one of the elite Numbered Families immediately clashes with the siblings, targeting their allies Honoka and Shizuku for recruitment.
