A year after the Blue Clan Scepter 4 disbands, the Red Clan Homra has become the underground's unofficial fixers, and the strain of holding back his destructive power is leaving Red King Mikoto Suoh increasingly unstable. When the Dresden Slate names Reisi Munakata the new Blue King, he rebuilds Scepter 4 and turns his attention toward Suoh and Homra, whom he judges a threat. This first film in the K: Seven Stories series revisits the past and the clash between the Red and Blue Kings.
