Yumeko Jabami transfers into Hyakkaou Private Academy, where social rank is decided not by grades but by gambling and the students who lose big are reduced to servants of the winners. Poised and beautiful, she gambles purely for the rush of the risk rather than for standing. As she calmly exposes and dismantles the cheats that keep the academy's elite on top, classmates like Ryota Suzui and Mary Saotome are pulled into her wake.
