Synopsis
Mid-conquest of the world of Ente Isla, the Demon Lord Satan is driven back by the hero Emilia and flees through a portal that dumps him in present-day Tokyo. Stripped of his magic and stuck in a human body, he takes the name Sadao Maou and a job behind the counter at the fast-food chain MgRonald, scheming to claw his way back to power one shift at a time. His general Alciel keeps house in their cramped apartment as the two adjust to rent, bills, and minimum-wage life.
