Synopsis
Demon Lord Satan is on the verge of conquering the world of Ente Isla when the hero Emilia drives him back, forcing him through a gate that dumps him in modern Tokyo. Stripped of nearly all his magic, he takes the human name Sadao Maou and lands a part-time job at a MgRonald's fast-food counter to pay rent, with his general Alciel keeping house. His plan to fund a return home gets complicated when Emi Yusa — Emilia, also stranded on Earth — tracks him down.
