Flying Witch

Makoto Kowata is a fifteen-year-old witch-in-training who leaves Yokohama to live with relatives in rural Hirosaki, Aomori, as custom dictates for young witches coming of age. She moves in with her cousins Kei and Chinatsu Kowata, who are pulled into her gentle, half-hidden craft of brewing potions, gathering herbs, and the occasional broom flight. Calm episodes follow Makoto as she settles into countryside life, introducing those around her to small wonders of witchcraft woven into everyday routines.
