Albert de Morcerf, a young Paris aristocrat, meets the Count of Monte Cristo on the lunar city of Lune in the year 5053 and brings him home into his own family's circle. Guest artists work that setup into short comics across a single volume, drawing Albert, the Count, Franz d'Epinay and Eugenie Danglars in their own styles. The pieces sit beside the television series rather than continuing its story.
