人間失格 ディレクターズカット版

Ooba Youzou hides behind a clown's face from childhood, certain that ordinary human feeling is a language nobody taught him, and his friendship with Horiki in Tokyo carries him toward drink and worse. This theatrical cut re-edits into one film the four Aoi Bungaku Series episodes that adapted Osamu Dazai's novel, and adds new linking footage narrated by Masato Sakai. Takeshi Obata's character designs carry over from the television version.
