Ataru Moroboshi and Lum turn up at Tomobiki High for a summer swim meet that is not much of a swim meet. Onsen-Mark announces that the winner is excused from the holiday homework, then starts the whole class at the gymnasium and sends them through a course of teacher-built traps inside the school building before anyone is allowed near the pool. Mendou and Shinobu fight their way through alongside them, and the prize turns out to come with a kiss from the principal attached. This standalone special adapts a single chapter of the original manga.
