Volcanion comes down in front of Ash and Pikachu in the Azoth Kingdom, shouting for Magearna, the artificial Pokémon it came to bring home. Magearna was built there centuries earlier, and its Soul-Heart now sits in the hands of the royal councillor Alva, who has his own use for that power. The search drags Ash and Pikachu into the kingdom's business. This manga retells the nineteenth Pokémon film across six chapters.
