Sergeant Keroro sends his platoon around the world when giant arches called Dragon Tails appear over Japan, New York, Paris, Sydney and Tanzania. Tamama vanishes in Paris after a voice draws him away at night, and Giroro, Kururu and Dororo drop out of contact when dragon-shaped energy attacks them. Keroro, Fuyuki and Natsumi fly out to look for Tamama and meet Sion, a friend of Momoka's who holds the Dragon Book. This fourth Keroro feature runs 78 minutes.
